Bus Components

Thermal Bay manufactures a wide range of components for Volgren Australia Pty Ltd. From staircases to wheel arches, these components are manufactured for direct export to Singapore and Hong Kong.

Intumescent coatings to meet BS-476 fire ratings are standard for this range of export componentry

Vehicles

Fire and rescue vehicles require specialist expertise particularly for fire retardant laminates. This is where Thermal Bay began. You won't find better understanding of the requirements for these applications, anywhere.

The superior surface finish provided by our Gel-cote process means shorter work in progress production times with no painting required.
